Terms of Service

1. Platform Scope & Disclaimer

Visagency provides a multi-tenant cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform at visagency.online for study-abroad consultancies and overseas recruitment agencies (“Subscriber Agencies”) to manage leads, cases, document checklists, client portals, and fee ledgers.

Important Notice: Visagency is strictly a software technology provider. Visagency is not a visa agency, immigration consultancy, recruitment agency, embassy, or government body, and does not issue visas, work permits, admission offers, or overseas employment placements. All consultancy, recruitment, and visa processing services offered on a tenant subdomain or custom domain are provided solely by the respective Subscriber Agency.

2. Account Registration & Workspace Security

• Subscriber Agencies must provide accurate business and contact information when registering a workspace.
• Agency owners are responsible for managing staff roles, branch scopes, and permissions (including pii.view access) within their tenant workspace.
• You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and notifying us immediately at support@visagency.online of any unauthorized access.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Acceptable Use

• Subscriber Agencies are solely responsible for maintaining all required trade licenses, BMET recruiting licenses (RL), university partner authorizations, and regulatory approvals applicable in their jurisdiction.
• You may not use Visagency to conduct fraudulent visa schemes, misrepresent government or embassy fees, send unsolicited spam, or upload unlawful or malicious content.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any tenant workspace engaged in phishing, visa fraud, or unlawful activity.

4. Trials, Subscriptions & Billing

New agency workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Continued use of the workspace after the trial period requires an active paid subscription plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise). Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Data Ownership

Each Subscriber Agency retains full ownership of all customer records, leads, documents, and financial ledgers stored in its workspace. Visagency claims no ownership over agency data and processes such data solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Visagency platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visagency shall not be liable for any visa refusals, admission decisions, third-party payment gateway outages, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
